Event Description
Innovate UK provides funding opportunities for collaborative R&D between industry and the research base. The University of Edinburgh currently underutilises this funding opportunity, and this seminar will introduce Innovate UK’s most common funding mechanisms, highlighting upcoming opportunities of particular relevance to the Usher Institute.
We’ll hear from Dr Amy Tayler, Innovate UK Business Development Manager in Edinburgh Innovations, who supports colleagues from across the university and their industry partners with applications to Innovate UK.
Please come along to this session to see what opportunities are available, to consider whether they might be right for you, to find out more about the submission process, and to learn how to maximise your chances of a successful application. There will be plenty of time to ask questions.
